Introduction To NDA Admit Card
The following article provides an outline for NDA Admit Card. The National Defense Academy (NDA) is one of the most prestigious entrance exams for joining defense service in India, the Army, the Navy, the Air Force. The NDA exam is conducted by the union public service commission (UPSC). The person who wants to serve the nation in the defense field in India should take this NDA entrance test. This test is conducted twice a year. There will be a written exam and an SSB interview. The candidates who clear the written exam are eligible to attend the SSB interview. After successful completion of the written test and SSB interview, candidates will be given training in their respective wings. A total of 400 vacancies are available for the year 2021 as per notification.
Before only male candidates were allowed to write this entrance test, but now there is an interim order by the supreme court saying that women candidates can also write the entrance exam. The center has sought some time to set some guidelines for women to take this test, so this year women cannot write the NDA exam. In 2020, around 5.3 lakh candidates applied for the NDA exam, out of which 2.4 lakh candidates had written the exam.

NDA Exam Registration
- UPSC will provide the notification of the NDA exam on its official website. It is advised candidates check the website regularly.
- Candidates need to create the login ID first. Check for the registration link and provide all the details requested such as name, address, phone number, mail ID, etc. Make sure that the contact information is valid and active.
- Registration ID and password will be sent through the given mail and candidates need to use that ID to apply for the exam application.
- Upload the requested documents like education, caste, Aadhar, etc.
- Check all the information thoroughly before submitting it.
- Once submitted, the candidate will be directed to the payment page. Candidates need to pay the nominal fee and once done, the registration completed.
- Make note of the ID and download the form for future reference.
