Introduction To IIT JEE Exam Dates
The following article provides an outline for IIT JEE Exam Dates. The Joint Entrance Examination commonly known as JEE is an entrance assessment test for engineering admissions to several engineering institutes around the country.

The Joint admission process for JEE Mains and JEE Advanced is conducted for various institutes in India on the basis of the ranks achieved. JEE Main exams has two papers as paper I & paper II. Students may appear for any of them or both of them for B.E/ B.Tech Courses or B. Arch and B.Planning courses both are conducted in computer based test mode with multiple choices questions. ‘Drawing Test’ will be conducted in pen and paper mode or may be offline mode.

Paper I consists of 20 multiple types questions in each of three subjects (Physics, Chemistry and Maths) Plus 5 Numeric type questions with 4 marks awarded for the correct answers and no marks are deducted for the Numerical Type Questions. Admission basis for Engineering undergraduate programs in the above-mentioned institutes considers the performance of class 12th/equivalent qualifying examination and in the joint entrance examination, JEE(Main). The students planning for Indian Institute of Technology (IITs), should appear for JEE Advance for the undergraduate programs offered by IITs.
IIT JEE 2021 Exam Dates:
As per the various sources, the JEE Main examination is supposed to be conducted between the months of February, March, April, and May 2021. The chances for having these exams may be in 4 phases in order to make students enough prepared to face these examinations. The registration for the first phase of the examinations may start this week and as per the ministry of HRD, the ministry will certain enough gap between the board examination dates and JEE Main 2021. Yet the dates are still to be confirmed once the CBSE exams dates are declared.
National Testing Agency started and Established under the society registration Act 1860 by the Ministry of HRD, is an autonomous body instituted to conduct efficient, lucid and of international standards, exams to assess the candidate’s competencies in order to avail admissions in the above-mentioned premier higher education institutes and also has been directed by the Ministry of HRD to consider revising the syllabus for the JEE Main 2021. Students can appear twice every year to get admissions into the above-mentioned prestigious institutes as the clarity of the dates will be reviewed on the basis of the state’s situation on COVID and the clarity on the exams will be available by the end of the last week of December. The registration for the same is going to begin by the end of December 2020. The application form for JEE Main 2021 for the January session will be released by the National Testing Agency on its official website.

How To Prepare For IIT JEE?
- The toughest part that the students preparing for the exams is to balance between their board exams preparations and JEE Main preparations. One should divide the syllabus and identify the units to be covered for JEE Main and prioritize as required.
- As there are three subjects once should dedicate at lease 2-3 days for each unit to have detailed understanding of the topic
- Once should focus and prepare a strategy keeping in mind the time availability and should always ensure to maintain notes of all the important and related topics.
