Introduction To GPSC
The following article provides an outline for GPSC Age Limit. The abbreviated GPSC stands for Gujarat Public Service Commission. GPSC undertakes the Gujarat state-level entrance examination to select the right candidates for Gujarat administrative services. The responsibility of the GPSC is to select suitable candidates as asked by the Gujarat state government to fill the vacant posts in various government departments. GPSC conducts exams in 3 phases; prelims, mains, and interview. The candidates who are successful in prelims will be allowed to write mains and then qualified candidates are shortlisted for interview.

GPSC Age Limit
The age limit for the GPSC exam is 20 years to 35 years in general. For the upper age limit, there will be relaxation for some reservations.

Exam Fees
- 100 Rs should be paid by candidates through online payment or pay cash by a computerized post office.

Eligibility Criteria
Given below are the eligibility criteria:
1. Age limit: The age limit for GPSC will be generally 20 years to 35 years. With some reservations, the limit will extend to some more areas.
2. Educational qualifications: A candidate applying for any GPSC post should have completed any degree or equivalent from a recognized university and be approved by the government.
3. Nationality: The candidate should be:
- Citizen of India.
- Subject of neighboring countries like Nepal, Bhutan etc.
- Tibetan refugee.
- The person who migrated from countries like Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, etc.

The GPSC exam consists of 3 rounds i.e.
1. Prelims
It consists of 2 general papers which is of screening type only. The score is not considered for the final merit list. The exam is objective type.

3. Interview
