Work Experience

Nilima Purohit is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at IIT. She received her Master's degree and Ph.D. and joined as faculty at IIT, where she is teaching since 2011. She was also Professor-in-Charge for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Her main research interests are in the areas of Database Systems and Software Engineering. She has published widely in international journals and conferences. She is closely associated with many companies and government institutions as a consultant, offering advice in the planning, selection, implementation, and evaluation of information technology solutions.
