It is to be noted that all questions except essay and letter writing are multiple-choice questions. Negative marking of 0.25 will be deducted for wrong answer. If left blank, then there will not be any deductions. The scores from these exams will be normalized by the Equi-percentile method and rankings are listed. Then based on the posts available and marks scored by the candidates, a cutoff score will be generated

For RBI and other exams, the pattern will be more or less the same but with some extra subjects based on the specified profile in the mains exam. However preliminary exam pattern will remain the same.
3. Final Interview
Candidates who have qualified mains exam will be called for an interview at their specified centers. The final interview scores will be added to online exams and they add up to 100. The minimum qualifying marks will be 40% and the interview and exam scores are added in the ratio of 20:80. Thus final merit list will be generated and candidates will be called on board based on their ranks.
